This Privacy Policy explains how PrintYD ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the PrintYD seller dashboard (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google to create and identify your account.
• Order information: shipping name, address, phone number, and email you or your connected sales channel provide for order fulfillment, plus product artwork and mockup images you upload.
• Usage data: basic log data (timestamps, request metadata) generated by using the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to operate your seller account, process and fulfill orders, produce custom artwork, and communicate with you about your account or orders. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Google User Data

We use Google Sign-In solely to authenticate your identity. We access only your basic Google profile (name, email, profile picture) and do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, or other Google services. We do not share Google user data with third parties except as needed to provide the Service (e.g. our hosting and database providers), and never for advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on our infrastructure.
